At The Spanglish Project, I believe in the power of connection, culture, and community. My mission is to create transformative experiences that empower Latina women in the USA. Build meaningful friendships, and invest in your personal growth.

Who We Are

Founded by Katherin Rincon, a passionate entrepreneur and marketing expert, The Spanglish Project was born out of a desire to provide Latina women with a space where they can feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Our Vision

I envision a world where Latina women have a strong, supportive network that encourages them to thrive in all aspects of life. Through our curated events, we aim to create an environment where women can relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and others in a meaningful way.

Our First Retreat: Tiempo de Conexión

Our debut retreat, Tiempo de Conexión, will take place from August 15-17, 2025, in the breathtaking landscapes of St. George, Utah. This immersive experience is designed for Latina women who are looking for a weekend of self-care, deep conversations, and unforgettable memories.

Our values

At The Spanglish Project, we are guided by core values that shape everything we do:

  • Community: We believe in the strength of sisterhood and fostering deep, lasting relationships.
  • Empowerment: We are dedicated to providing tools, resources, and experiences that uplift and inspire.
  • Authenticity: We embrace our unique identities and encourage others to do the same.
  • Growth: We prioritize self-improvement and continuous learning in all aspects of life.
  • Joy: We celebrate life, culture, and each other through meaningful experiences and shared moments.
